Consultation
We start by listening. Tell us what you have, what's not working, and what you're hoping for. If you have photos, inspiration images, or a Pinterest board, bring them — it helps us understand your taste and give you a realistic picture of what your project involves.
This conversation is free and comes with no obligation.
2. Site visit & design
Our designer comes to you. We take measurements, see the space in person, and understand how you actually use it. From there we develop a design and guide you through every material selection. We’ll offer our professional insight on what performs well over time and what's better left in the showroom
You'll see a detailed plan and 3D preview before anything is ordered.
3. Estimate & approval
We walk you through the estimate line by line — labor, materials, subcontractors, permit fees. No vague line items, no surprises. If adjustments need to be made to fit your budget, we work through those together before anything is scheduled.
4. Build & completion
Once we break ground, you stay informed without being overwhelmed. Our project portal keeps you updated throughout.
